I go through phases where I get obsessed over a wearing a certain color on my nails, and now is one of those times. If you want chic, neutral nails, but not your typical pale, sheer pinks, then this new nail polish find of mine could be your new obsession too: Wet N Wild’s 1 Step Wonder Gel Nail Polish in Stay Classy.
If I had to choose a favorite nail polish brand, it would have to be Sally Hansen. They have a ginormous color selection, excellent formulas, the perfect wide brush for sweeping on nail polish quickly and neatly, and they are widely available at drugstores for very reasonable prices. I seriously can’t believe some nail polishes cost $30 dollars. Give me my Sally Hansen, which ranges from about $1.97-$9.99, and I’m 103% certain no one can tell the difference once it’s on your hands.
Anyway, I am currently obsessed with the Sally Hansen Color Therapy line of nail polishes. All of the nail polishes in this line include nourishing oils, like argan and evening primrose, that keep your nails healthy. You supposedly don’t even need to wear a base coat so your nails can get the full benefit of the oils, but I still would if I’m using a dark color. I am currently wearing the Sally Hansen Color Therapy Nail Polish in Powder Room and all I can say is YES.
I use to be addicted to ballet. I took lessons when I was young, during college I was in a dance group, and though I no longer do ballet, I am still drawn to ethereal tulles and beautifully arched feet in pointe shoes. I’m hooked! When I found out Essie came out with a line of Gel Couture nail polishes called Ballet Nudes, well, needless to say, I skedaddled over to Ulta. Yes, they looked as classic and soft and perfect as I had always thought ballet was (though ballerinas are in no way, “soft”…behind that fairy-like beauty are muscles of steel and blood and sweat!). I just picked up one color called At the Barre. Read on to see my Essie Ballet Nudes At The Barre Nail Polish review!
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a lovely holiday! Today I want to talk about a new nail polish brand I’ve been trying , the Pacifica 7 Free Nail Color. What attracted me to this line was that their nail polishes are formulated without seven harmful chemicals – parabens, phthalates (dibutyl phthalate), toluene, xylene, camphor, formaldehyde, and resin. It is also supposed to be vegan and cruelty free. That is always a plus! Read on to see my Pacifica 7 Free Nail Color review!
